Swallow Fit Training: Exercise Video to Strengthen Your Swallow
The Swallow Fit Training exercise video program is designed to keep the motivation going for those who have been diagnosed with dysphagia, or swallowing difficulties. Each exercise is presented with a video partner and lively music to help keep you on track and inspired to complete your exercises. The exercises included in the video were chosen for the research supporting their benefits to improving swallow function.
